How will I know that my order has been processed? Once your order has been placed with I Want Cessna Parts.Com, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address that you provide to us. This happens within a few minutes of your submitting the order on line. If you have not received an email at the address you gave on the order form within about 10 minutes, may be you should check back by emailing vasan@iwanttohave.com asking whether the order has been registered. After you get this confirmation, you will get another email on the next business day by 5 PM Pacific Time, giving the shipment tracking details for your order. Once you have your order confirmation, thereafter there would be no requirement for you to check back on the status of the order. Your order is guaranteed to ship next business day. However, if you placed the order late in the evening, that is after 6 PM eastern time, then the order may not ship the next business day, but only a day after that. |

How do I check the status of my order? To check the status of an order, you can email us at vasan@iwanttohave.com ( most advisable method ), or you can contact us by calling (800) 274-8451 between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm PDT, M-F. Please be sure to have your email confirmation available so that you can provide us with your order number. Usually, there should be no need for you to call us regarding the status of an order. In the past 4 years we have shipped 99.997 % of the orders as per schedule, which is usually the next business day after you place the order. In case there is an anticipated delay in shipping ( very rare and unlikely ), we will get in touch with you by email or telephone, explaining the situation. If you have not heard from us after you placed the order, it means your order is shipping on schedule.We also send out an email with the shipment tracking number by 5 PM Pacific Time, so you know for sure that the order has shipped. This email has a link to the website of Fedex and UPS and ebnables you to track your package till it reaches you. |

Parts Damaged in Shipping? For shipments which show definite abuse in transit, such as: knocked-out corners, holes punched in cartons, crushed, broken or open cartons, notations must be made on all copies of the freight bill as to the condition of the shipment at the time of delivery. All cartons or packages should be opened and contents inspected immediately upon receipt. If loss or damage is found, and inspection report must be completed by the delivering carrier or their agent within 15 days from the date of receipt. |
